At times hotel accommodations are what we recommend for visitors staying a short time. You can book directly using our R24 Online Reservation system (Thailand's Most Extensive Hotel Booking Network) which covers most of the popular resorts and city's in Thailand or you can ask us to provide a quote for serviced apartments, condo's or even fully furnished houses.

Your needs are not all the same and we realize that. We have people visiting for a few days and we have people who have come here for a longer stay and want long term accommodations which are affordable and provide the conveniences that they require and to which they are accustomed.

Keep in mind that a hotel room is often your most expensive option. An executive condo for 1 week will offer you more space and comforts and yet only cost the same as a 3 star hotel. So for the same price you get kitchenette, larger accommodations which are suited for longer and more comfortable stays.

One thing that we do request is that you provide us with sufficient lead time to find the best accommodations for you. Two to three weeks advance notice would be greatly appreciated and it will enable us to find "the best accommodations for you".





Hotels:

If you are planning on staying in Chiang Mai for a week or more we would recommend an Executive Condo. The price is less than a comparably equiped hotel and you get accommodations that are larger than a standard hotel room, a kichenette with hotplate or microwave so you can cook up a meal or a snack whenever you like, and private balcony, fitness centre and more.

Give us 3 weeks notice if you want an executive condo and we will provide your will a full description and photo's of your condo. For a months stay the executive condo will save you 65% as compared to a 4 star hotel.

We provide transfers from airport, we stock your fridge with juices, water and include tea and coffee, bread and jams so you can feel right at home as soon as you arrive in your condo.

We have 5 and 6 bedroom fully furnished houses for short term rental and this is ideal for a golfing group, larger family, or for a combined business/pleasure trip to Chiang Mai.

Service apartments we no longer recommend as they are noisier, not as well taken care of as our executive condo's and tend to be overpriced for what you are getting.
